Loan Guarantee Program
List of Loan Programs. The SBA can guarantee up to 85% of loans up to $150,000
and 75% above $150,000. In most cases the maximum guarantee is $1 million with
exceptions applied to International Trade, defense-dependant firms affected by
defense reductions and Certified Development Company loans.

Loan programs tied to job creation. Loans are limited to land purchases, building
improvements, modernizing, converting facilities or purchasing long-term machinery

Provides small loans to startup, newly established or growing small business.
The SBA makes funds available to nonprofit community-based lenders (Intermediaries)

The Business Consortium Fund (BFC) provides contract financing to NMSDC certified
